GDV VET HOSPITAL

Forming part of the Guide Dogs Victoria masterplan the new Veterinary Hospital will be the gateway building on the Kew campus offering specialised services to the public and GDV. The clean simple lines of this building, combined with timber, water feature and extensive planting create a space where both animals and owners can relax.

ST KEVIN’S COLLEGE LIBRARY

A striking new library for the students at St Kevin’s College in Toorak. This project embraces a modern approach to learning characterised by a variety of student-centric spaces. A mix of collaborative learning desks, ottoman seating, reading nooks and private study rooms have all been incorporated into the design providing students with multiple study environment options.

ST KEVIN’S COLLEGE BASEMENT CARPARK & PLAYING FIELDS

Stage One works at St Kevin’s College has completely transformed the existing play areas at the Glendalough Campus with the introduction of a vibrant playground and play turf concealing the construction of 130 space car park cleverly concealed beneath.  Combining functionality with seamless design sensibility, the project has been carefully considered to enrich the campus experience for students, staff and the broader school community.

FITZROY NORTH

This project is located in the centre of Fitzroy North on the site that fronts two laneways. The townhouses help to rejuvenate some of Melbourne’s earliest urban fabric with new brick walls, recessed entries and garages that typify laneway architecture. Timber lined balconies and alcoves puncture the hard outer shell, providing warmth and opening up the comfortable family homes to private outdoor spaces beyond.

MOUNT BULLER PENTHOUSE

Boasting 360-degree panoramic views overlooking the Victorian High Country, this exquisitely designed luxury penthouse is nothing less than spectacular. With 6 separate bedrooms, this penthouse can accommodate up to 20 people. A feature timber ceiling throughout the communal living areas creates a cosy warmth that is intensified by its pairing with dark textured panelling and a feature marble stone.
